Rather than a fixed restaurant schedule, meals unfold in a way that feels natural to the stay — shaped by season, guest numbers, and the pace of the day. This allows us to focus on quality, attention, and atmosphere, rather than volume or formality.

Over the course of a stay, dining may take one form or a combination of experiences. These can include relaxed à la carte meals, smaller chef-led moments, or private dining arranged around the flow of the resort. What matters most is that each meal feels considered, unhurried, and personal.

Nala opens its doors to outside guests every Saturday evening. The dining room is fuller on these nights, the atmosphere a little more animated — still relaxed, still unhurried, but with the energy that comes from a restaurant in its element.

The dining room opens to outside guests on Saturday nights, and there’s a fuller energy to the evening. If you love the feeling of a restaurant at its best — a room alive with conversation and occasion — Saturday is the night to be here. If you prefer the quieter, more personal pace, that experience is always available throughout the rest of your stay.
